Official Rules
RoyalHouse Giveawys prizes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Calcasieu Parish and Cameron Parish, LA. If the length of a current giveaway last longer than two (2) months then RoyalHouse Giveaways can offer open enrollment to anyone outside of Calcasieu or Cameron Parish to anyone in the United States ("USA") that wants to purchase entries for a chance to win our sweepstakes. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and eligible Canadian provinces. All aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be governed by applicable U.S. federal law, state law, and local regulations. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not reside in the USA or Canada, or if you are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes may also be administered with the assistance of third-party sweepstakes management services ("Administrator").
Eligibility
First and foremost the sweepstakes is primarily for residents of Calcasieu ansd Cameron Parish Louisiana. If a sweepstakes last longer than two (2) months from the time of the beginning date for the sweepstakes, RoyalHouse Giveaways can open a sweepstakes to anyone that wants to enter a RoyalHouse Giveaway sweepstakes. Then the Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii) or Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state/province of residence at the time of entry (the "Entrants"). The Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, promotional agencies, advertising agencies, and all officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties"), along with members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside, as well as persons living in the same household (related or not) of any of the above, are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
Non-eligibility or any failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or where prohibited or restricted by law.
For the avoidance of doubt, references to "Entrants" in these Rules shall also include any Entrant who is eventually deemed the Winner (as defined below).
Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Eligibility to win the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon meeting all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter
The Sweepstakes begins when new sweepstakes are posted to our website http://www.royhogi.com and ends when last ticket is purchased. There are two (2) methods of entry, as outlined below:
1: Via Online Purchase
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a qualifying purchase through the Sponsor's official website at http://www.royhogi.com (the "Website") will have all collected entries applied to our sweepstakes drawing application that will be selcting a winning live on Facebook and other social media platforms. All purched entries are final and are not eligible of refund for any reason.
2: Via Mail
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may earn entries without making a purchase by legibly hand-printing, on a 3" x 5" note card, their:
- Full name
- Complete mailing address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Email address and write the current giveaway on the top of the note card
Mail the completed card inside a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the posted date of the amouncment on Facebook, and your mail in entry must be mailed in before the announcement of the end of the current giveaway, if mailed after the announcement of the ending of the giveaway, mail in entries will be invalid and not counted toward the current giveaway.
Each mail-in entry received is worth one (1) entry. Entrants can mail in as many entries as they wish. One envolope with one 3"X5" note card following all mail in instructions equals one (1) entry, multiple note cards in one (1) envolope is not permitted, and your mail in entries will be disqualifed. Example:(3) three seperate mailed in envolopes=(3) entries
- Mail-in entry card must be hand-written by the Entrant.
- Entrants may not use any automated services, third-party organizations, or bulk-submission methods.
- Each envelope must be mailed individually.
- Bulk shipments or bundled envelopes will not be accepted.
- No confirmations of receipt will be provided.
- Winners will be randomly selected from all eligibe entries recieved.
- The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries recieved.
- Example: If 10,000 total entries are recieved, each entry has a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning. Odds will very depending on the final number of entries.
Additional Entry Terms
Entries submitted by any of the following methods will be considered invalid and will be disqualified:
- By any person other than the Entrant
- Through any sweepstakes service
- Through automated or mechanical means
- Using false identities or multiple emails
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Lost, late, delayed, or damaged entries
- Postal issues
- Internet or system failures
- Misrouted or incomplete submissions
All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By entering, Entrants consent to Sponsor's use of their information for Sweepstakes administration and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
If at any time the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes becomes impaired or is unable to run as planned for any reason — including but not limited to: (i) computer viruses or bugs, (ii) tampering or unauthorized interference, (iii) fraud or attempted fraud, (iv) technical failures of any kind, or (v) any other cause beyond the Sponsor's control that affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper functioning of this Sweepstakes — the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice.
If the Sweepstakes is canceled, terminated, modified, or suspended, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the Prize (defined below) using all eligible non-suspect entries collected as of the applicable date of cancellation or by any other method deemed fair, equitable, and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules.
The Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or the Sponsor's Website; acting in violation of these Official Rules; or engaging in unsportsmanlike, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision within these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a Winner based on an email address, the Winner will be deemed to be the "authorized account holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to the email address by the internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for managing email accounts for the associated domain.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to:
- (i) technical errors preventing entry submission;
- (ii) unauthorized human intervention;
- (iii) printing or typographical errors;
- (iv) administrative or processing errors;
- (v) injury, death, or property damage arising directly or indirectly from participation or Prize use.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
- interruptions, deletions, or defects in submissions
- delays in operation or transmission
- theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries
- technical malfunctions of telephone systems or internet networks
- server or provider issues
- failures of email, software, or equipment
- human error
- congestion on networks or websites
- any injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from downloading materials or participating in the Sweepstakes
Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering the Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrants waive all rights to pursue any damages whatsoever, including punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Except as expressly stated above, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims related to:
- personal injury, death, or property damage
- publicity rights
- defamation
- invasion of privacy
The Released Parties are not responsible in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is canceled due to events including but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, fire, strikes, terrorism, acts of war, pandemics, government actions, or any condition outside their reasonable control.
Waiver of California Civil Code Section 1542
Each Entrant understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California, as well as any similar law of any U.S. state, province, or territory, are expressly waived.
Additional Prize Conditions
By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. The potential Winner must sign and return to the Administrator, within three (3) days from the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (for U.S. residents) or a Declaration of Compliance (for Canadian residents) in order to claim the Prize.
The Winner may also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 (for U.S. residents) or Form W8-BEN (for Canadian residents).
If the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the potential Winner cannot be reached, does not follow notification instructions within two (2) business days of the first attempt, does not return required documents within the specified timeframe, or is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified. The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate Winner.
Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles or rules that might cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws.
By participating, Entrants agree that:
- Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes must be resolved individually — without resort to any form of class action.
- Any legal proceeding must take place in a court located within the State of Connecticut.
- All claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes — and shall not include attorney fees.
- Entrants waive all rights to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or exemplary damages, lost profits, or any other damages that exceed actual out-of-pocket expenses.
- Entrants' remedies are strictly limited to a claim for monetary damages, and Entrants waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision within these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as though the invalid provision had never been included.
Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who attempt to tamper with the sweepstakes, provides false or incomplete information, or submits entries outside the sweepstakes period.
Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winners concent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotinal purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Miscellaneous
These Official Rules represent the complete and final understanding regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the Sweepstakes. Section headings are provided solely for convenience and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any section.
No amendment or waiver of any provision of these Official Rules shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the Sponsor and the Administrator. A waiver of any term or condition shall not constitute a waiver of any other term or condition, nor shall it operate as a continuing waiver.
Entrants may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Official Rules, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without the prior written consent of the Sponsor. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void. These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of the Sponsor, Administrator, and Entrant.
Winners List Request
To obtain confirmation of the Winner's first name, last initial, and city and state/province of residence, send a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope postmarked no later than three (3) weeks after newly posted sweepstake, to:
